Q. What is the Impact Training Tour?

The Impact Training Tour is a full day of targeted training for active business builders. Q. Can guests attend?

Yes, guests can attend with the applicable registration fee. Please note that the training content is intended for Independent Consultants looking to take their business to the next level. There is an option to register guests during the registration process.

Q. Can I register onsite at the event?

We strongly encourage all attendees to register online prior to the event, so we can properly prepare for the event. However, unless your event is sold out, onsite registration is available at the Full Registration price of $45. Please be prepared to pay by cash or check. Payments with a credit or debit card cannot be accommodated onsite at this time.

Q. Will I be able to try the new products from the 2017 holiday line?

Yes! A mini product experience will be available during the lunch break.

Q. Will I need to pay for parking?

Some events have complimentary parking, while others do not. Please see the flyer or webpage pertaining to your event for available information.

Q. Is lunch provided?

Lunch is not included in the registration fee. There will be a 1.5-hour lunch break at all events. Feel free to bring your own lunch. Lunch options will be available for sale at some events.

Q. My friend is registered, but can't attend the event. Can I collect his/her registration giveaways?

No. Unfortunately, you have to attend the Impact Training Tour to recieve the registration giveaways. There are no exceptions.

Q. What should I wear?

The Impact Training Tour is an all-day event, so please dress comfortably. Most attendees wear casual attire.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation and refunds are prohibited once an Independent Consultant takes advantage of the exclusive opportunity to purchase the 2017 Holiday I Want It All! Set.

Otherwise, refund requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the event start date to receive an 80% refund of the Conference Fee. To cancel your reservation, log in to arbonne.com and from My Dashboard, select Events > Arbonne Conferences > Impact Training Tour. Select the “Register” button for your event to find your confirmation page. Scroll down and select "Cancel my Registration.” It is expected that refunds will be processed back to the original credit card used, within 5 to 10 days of receiving the request. No refunds will be processed if received within 48 hours prior to the event start date, onsite at the event, or for no-show registered attendees. No refunds will be processed if a Consultant purchased the 2017 Holiday I Want It All! Set, exclusive to the 2017 Impact Training Tour.
